How can I get a refund?
As part of our Satisfaction Guarantee, advertisers are entitled to a refund in accordance with our Terms and Conditions . Here is a copy of our Refund Policy as it appears in our Terms and Conditions:
12. Advertiser Refund Policy
Network strives to offer the best service possible to its Advertisers. Once an Advertiser makes an initial deposit in the Program, he has thirty (30) days to ask for a refund of the account balance if he isn't satisfied with the Program and have remained in compliance with this agreement. As soon as an Advertiser makes a second deposit in the Program, it is hereby understood that a refund will only be issued for a balance greater than $50 and a processing fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund. Advertisers cancelled / terminated by Network for violating these Terms and Conditions are not entitled to a refund.
