First, export your campaign from Google using the Google Adwords Editor.

Second, BEFORE YOU CAN UPLOAD THIS FILE INTO ADXPANSION, IT MUST BE CONVERTED FROM UNICODE TO REGULAR CSV. To do this, simply open the file in your Excel, then Save As CSV. Then you can upload the file you just saved.

Third, from the Adxpansion Advertiser menu, click"Import from Adwords". Select the csv file and click "Import"

This will create your campaign and adgroup. Now you can use the management interface to upload your creatives for each adgroup.
